About Me & Pro Fit Personal Training

I have been a personal trainer since 2001 and have studied at The Institute of Sport. My studio gym is just a short walk from the Exchange in central Dunedin. I understand the different needs and goals of my clients, and design individual programs for each. I place an emphasis on training technique, and am proud of the fact that no one has ever injured him or herself in my gym.

Many of my clients have had fantastic success with their goals, be it weight loss or training for specific sporting events. I offer individual training programs only - a total 'one-on-one' experience. No joining fees or contracts... only your commitment!

My Own Personal Training Experience

I once weighed 122 kg. I lost 44 kg through exercise, weights and making dietary changes - I know what it's like to face a personal training challenge, both mentally & physically. I have since helped many others do the same.
