About Me & Pro Fit Personal Training
I have been a personal trainer since 2001 and have studied at The Institute of Sport. My studio gym is just a short walk from the Exchange in central Dunedin. I understand the different needs and goals of my clients, and design individual programs for each. I place an emphasis on training technique, and am proud of the fact that no one has ever injured him or herself in my gym.
My Own Personal Training Experience
I once weighed 122 kg. I lost 44 kg through exercise, weights and making dietary changes - I know what it's like to face a personal training challenge, both mentally & physically. I have since helped many others do the same.
